Hidden Valley Ranch is a working cattle ranch nestled at the base of the Continental Divide in the majestic San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado. In harmony with the natural beauty, plentiful wildlife, and ranching heritage of the area, Hidden Valley Ranch is situated on more than 1,630 acres and contains 35 exclusive homesites in a pristine alpine environment. In this secluded forest setting, each homesite offers the serenity and security of a private, gated community.

Hidden Valley Lake is the jewel of the ranch community. Fed by clear mountain waters, the private 55-acre lake is a nurtured fish habitat for stocked trout and largemouth bass. Extensive planning and environmental stewardship were employed throughout all phases of lake development, ensuring the lake will enhance wetlands and support fish, waterfowl, and wildlife for many years to come.

Each spectacular Hidden Valley Ranch homesite offers refined amenities in an “old ranch” setting. Recreational opportunities abound on the ranch, including fishing, hiking, wildlife photography, and pickleball at our two indoor clubhouse courts. The nearby San Juan National Forest and Weminuche Wilderness provide additional recreational opportunities. The land, the lake, and the lifestyle make Hidden Valley Ranch one of Colorado’s most unique mountain developments.

Hidden Valley Ranch Association was organized to operate and maintain the ranch common areas; protect and enhance the values and amenities of the ranch; and promote the health, safety and welfare of its members. Hidden Valley Ranch Association membership consists of Hidden Valley Ranch homesite lot owners.
