Due to the broad scope of the beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirement, it is being interpreted to apply to HVRA. The “beneficial ownership” of HVRA consists of the members of its Board of Directors.  On February 25, 2025, HVRA made the required filing of its BOI with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury.]]></description>
